  • Nope. Even if we’ve worked together before, I’m happy for existing clients to get involved as everyone can benefit from a little copy tune up (and also I like a good chat).

  • Nada. We’ll cover what we cover in the hour we spend together. If we strike on something extra that could really help, you’ll of course be able to book it in with me. But there is zero obligation to make any further commitments (it’s like Tinder, but way less grim and I’ll actually text you back).

  • When you book in for a call, you’ll get taken through to a payment page when you select your desired date and time. This is a non-refundable commitment that secures your spot and an hour of uninterrupted time in my diary. It’s also a way to make sure you hold yourself accountable for showing up, because I know how easy it is to let personal commitments to your business slide when things get busy.

  • Yes. And this is what sets this audit apart from the rest. I’m not just going to talk you through a load of things and then leave you to do it all yourself. This is what I do for a living. A quick spruce-up will take me minutes where as it could take you hours, days or weeks to get to it. I’ll make a start and get you in a better place, taking the pressure of perfection off you so you can spend more time doing what brings you joy (and, ya know, pays the bills).

  • The £749 is a non-refundable fee. If a session needs to be postponed I just ask for a 48 hour heads up and I will be able to send you a link to reschedule. If a session is rescheduled for a second time then a new session fee will be charged.

  • Up to 3 core website pages. Or a medley, eg a sales page and a small email sequence. If you need more stuff edited, email me to ask about an extended 90-min session and I’ll send you the booking link.
